My passion for health and wellness led me into holistic haircare, scalp wellness, and trichology‑informed consulting — areas that felt instantly familiar. As a 40‑year‑old mom navigating hormonal changes and living with Type 2 Diabetes, I understand firsthand how internal health influences hair and scalp concerns.

I help clients in Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Lake Echo, Porters Lake and neighboring towns, who are experiencing hair loss, scalp issues, or hair that needs rejuvenation. I focus on education, root‑cause awareness, and personalized care.
